The Playcentre Excel Cashbook has been available to Playcentres since 2000. The first year there were ten centres using the software and now there are well over 300. In 2011, I also released an enhanced eCashbook for use by other Not For Profits and Home Businesses.
Centre Treasurers report how much time the Cashbook saves them in completing the tallying and reporting of the financial accounts and the reconciliation of the bank accounts. This is just what I want to hear and why I developed the Excel Cashbook. Most people find it easy to use, regardless of the amount of computer experience they have. However, as a hint, it is important that the instructions for adjusting the Excel Options are followed.
Over time new features are added, and new releases are issued. We have recently added a End of Year Performance Report that meets the XRB standards for Tier 4 Not for Profits (PBE SFR-C (NFP). Sample screenshots of various workbooks within the eCashbook are available on the Software Products page.

Most centre have moved over to Xero. For those that wish to continue with the eCashbook, we are no longer charging for the eCashbook, but will charge for support.
