eCashbooks
The Playcentre Excel Cashbook has been available to Playcentres for over eight years now. The first year there were ten centres using the software and now there are over 300.
In 2011, I also released an enhanced eCashbook for use by other Not For Profits and Home Businesses.
Centre Treasurers report how much time the Cashbook saves them in completing the tallying and reporting of the financial accounts and the reconciliation of the bank accounts. This is just what I want to hear and why I developed the Excel Cashbook. Most people find it easy to use, regardless of the amount of computer experience they have. However, as a hint, it is important that the instructions for adjusting the Excel Options are followed.
Over time new features are added, and new releases are issued. Sample screenshots are available on the Software Products page.

Excel Fees Book
This is provided free of charge with The Playcentre Excel Cashbook. Basic family attendance details are entered each term, so that Fee Invoices and Receipts can be produced. The family details are automatically transferred into the next Terms Fee workbook and can be adjusted to reflect roll changes.
